Guarantee

Items are only eligible for return or refunds if there is any fitting or quality issues.

The purchaser is responsible for making sure the car model chosen is the correct model for the intended vehicle. Mat Metrics will not be held liable for any mismatch due to choosing the wrong model when purchasing.

Warranty

Mat Metrics guarantees to the original purchaser of Mat Metrics car mats that they will not break or tear under normal usage within 1 year after purchase. This warranty applies only to those parts that are correctly installed in the vehicle of the car model specified in the original purchase. Exclusions to this warranty include wear due to severe abrasive conditions, chemical contamination, such as spilled gasoline, bleach, vehicle accidents, misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, incorrect use, etc.

Mat Metrics strive for true customer satisfaction. For situations covered by our warranty, we will either replace your product at no charge, or issue a full or prorated refund, depending on the circumstance.

This warranty is void for damages to the product due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or any use that violates the instructions furnished by us.

Returns and Refunds

All orders are subject to the availability of the car model specified in the purchase. If we cannot make the car mats for the car modeled ordered, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Since each set of Mat Metrics car mats is made to order for your specific car model and preference, we will only accept returns as a result of manufacturer defects.

We put the greatest effort in making sure our custom car mats fit your vehicle. However, there might be slight variations for each vehicle's interior (even for the same car model) which we cannot account for. Most of these small variations, however, does not affect the elegance and functionality of the car mats. Please report to us of any obstructions to the functioning of the vehicle due to the car mats.

Correct installation of the car mats is also crucial for the right fit. Since our car mats comes with an anti-slip bottom layer that is designed to grip onto the car's interior, slightly more effort might be required to position them in the right position. Should there appears to be a fitting-related issues, please re-attempt to install the mats by lifting them up and making sure they are positioned all the way into the footwell.

Any issues with the quality of the mats should be reported to Mat Metrics within 5 days upon receiving the mats. Any claims made later will not be considered.

If you decide not to arrange for a replacement (at no additional costs), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (either through your own courier or using our pre-paid shipping label). If our pre-paid shipping label is used, a discounted rate of $50 will be deducted from the refund to account for the shipping costs).

It’s important to have a return confirmation with Mat Metrics before you ship an item back. Any returns received, prior to a confirmation email sent by us, will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
